Postal Deliveries

Any item that is sent out with Free Uk Shipping included this would only be free for the 1st time it is sent. If any parcel is returned for any reason that is not a fault of ours then shipping costs would need to be re-paid by the customer before it is re-sent back out.

Lost Or Damaged Parcels

In the event of a parcel being lost or damaged we will have to put a claim in to Royal Mail and wait for their response which can take up to 28 days for them to respond before we can re-send or refund the item.

Sometimes deliveries can take a bit longer during busy times. Please be assured we are always working hard to get orders out as quickly as possible.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail, the prices are:

Track 24, small parcel £4.19

Track 24 Signed, small parcel £5.59

Track 48, small parcel £3.39

Track 48 Signed, small parcel £4.79

We try to process orders within 1 - 2 weeks. During busy periods our process time may be longer.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING

All payments for products and services on our website are charged in English Pounds, please be aware of the exchange rate in your country.

We ship our products overseas and shipping costs are calculated at the checkout
