Returns And Refunds

Personalised Items

We cannot refund a personalised item once it has gone into processing. Please make sure on the checkout section of your order that any personalisation is correct as we cannot be held responsible for any details you have wrongly provided.

Please note that with any photos that are uploaded there may be a difference in picture quality due to the printing process. When using a photo with a filter on this can affect the quality of the picture.

Unfortunately, personalised items cannot be returned to us unless they are faulty. Please Email: msdesign.gifts@outlook.com within 48 hours of your order being delivered with a description of the fault, a clear photo of the item and packaging with a photo of the fragile stickers if this is on the packaging. Please could you put your order number in the email if you have this. Any items that are being returned due to a fault, we recommend that you send the parcel back using a delivery service that will track the parcel, as a refund cannot be processed until the parcel is received back to us. We cannot be responsible for returned items being damaged or lost in the post.

Non-Personalised Items

If you are not completely satisfied with your non-personalised item, simply return the item to us within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, please note that we are unable to refund any postage costs on unwanted non-personalised items.

The items being returned is your responsibility. We recommend that you send the parcel back using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as we cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. Original postage charge is non-refundable.

Your rights to return to us will not apply in the following circumstances:

- Any product that we have personalised specifically for you, where in our opinion you have not taken reasonable care of the item whilst in your possession and have not been returned in the original packaging.

- If you have made a spelling/photo mistake on your order and it has already been processed/sent.

- You no longer have the item you have an issue with.

- A perishable item you have consumed.

We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days once the item has been received back to us. However during busy times, this might take slightly longer. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been processed.
