PERSONALISED ORDERS, can take up to 1 - 2 weeks to be processed. This can be longer during busy times. You will receive an email once it has been processed and another email when it has been shipped.

The quality of the print can vary depending on the quality of the photo we receive. We do not edit photos, make sure the image you upload is how you want it to be printed.

Please make sure that any personalised writing is correct as we cannot change or be held responsible once your order has been processed.
