Processing Time: personalised orders can take 1-2 weeks to be processed. This can be longer during busy times. You will receive an email when your order has been processed and another email when it has been shipped.

Quality of Image: The quality of the print can vary depending on the quality of the photo we receive. We do not edit photos, when choosing your photo, make sure the image you choose will fit the size of the slate.
